I started off with a set that only had one pot, a Dutch oven, 2 frying pans and lids. I needed more pots for the stovetop and these are perfect. And affordable. The ease of cleaning makes Carote Cookware the best I have used. Over time I have added other cookware to the original set and am very happy!

It needs to be babied just a little, but it’s well worth the extra attention, like using silicone, wood, or other non-scratch utensils. You don’t need to crank the heat up; medium high and below are sufficient for most everything. If you don’t clean up immediately, no big deal; a short soak with or without soap will loosen any dried food and even tomato-based sauces will disappear with a good buff from a paper towel. It looks substantial, but is actually no heavier than an aluminum pan. They look very classy.
