Matt Blackburn recommended this type of pan and affordable, easy clean up without harmful chemical added!

  2. Jay-Jay

I had a larger one (12 inches) used for about 4 years. Great quality, never sticky, easy to clean. So I bought 10 inches one with different color. Same quality. Thank you, Ozeri.

  3. Elder Welder

    Hasn’t bulged in the middle.

    Great Pan!!!

I bought this pan (in the10in size) for use as an egg/omelette pan and it’s phenomenal! Have been using this pan for about 4 months now with no issues. I’m a little thrown off by some of the negative comments on here. Some picture posted seem as if the person used abrasive scrubbers to clean which is a huge No on any pan, with the exception of cast iron. This is NOT a Teflon coated pan. It is a non-stick pan which uses a natural stone-derived coating on an aluminum base. It conducts heat Beautifully thanks to the aluminum base. This is not a problem for those who fear heavy metal toxicity from aluminum cookware since the stone coating prevents food from coming in contact with the aluminum.I read and followed seasoning instructions prior to first use and always clean pan as instructed. I also use wooden or silicone spatulas and utensils (no metal!). My pan looks brand spanking new even after heavy use. My eggs slide off of this pan. I do use a little butter to cook my eggs because why wouldn’t you? I have never encountered any sticking. This is a true non-stick pan, if used correctly.Overall, I am beyond satisfied with this purchase. Amazon delivered quickly and pan is exactly what I wanted. I will be buying another (this time a 12inch) to serve as my designated fish and seafood pan.

First Impressions:Just got this pan. First impressions out of the box are good. Pan is hefty, pretty thick which is good. Nice flat bottom and they include a nice little pan protector if you stack your pans. (Pic included…set a plate on it cuz it didn’t wanna lay flat right out of the package.) Mine hang so I probably won’t use it for now.Coating:Not sure about the “Stonehenge” coating. The label inside the pan says “Greblon C3” is used (not C3+). However on Greblon’s site C3 isn’t even listed as being ceramic reinforced. It is only listed as reinforced PTFE.Which brings me to the next thing, I don’t personally care but the coating is only PFOA free, not PTFE free. If you’re looking for PTFE free though, keep looking, your princess is in another castle.Aside from that the coating feels solid and looking at the edges seems fairly thick. With it being PTFE and not ceramic based though definitely avoid metal utensils like the plague. Some ceramic coatings can take them…This will not. From what I can tell there is no ceramic in the plain C3 so treat it like a normal nonstick pan. (Source: Forgot Amazon won’t allow links of any kind…anyway google Greblon C3 and it is pretty easy to find their chart with the different coatings.)Build quality:Initial impressions are build quality is good. Three rivet handle should stay in place for a good long time. The silicon is comfortable to hold and solidly bonded to the handle. Page says it is heat resistant silicon but page nor manual says to what temp. So I would lean towards “Not oven safe”.The bottom of the pan as received is very flat. Time will tell if it domes or not. It’s fairly thick and heavy so I’m hoping it doesn’t. There’s a photo as well showing my test of the bottom of the pan. Had it sitting on a flat counter after the first wash. Water bead sits in the middle of the pan (or wherever you move it to) without running to the edges like it would if it was domed.Coating and outer enamel are very even and there are no strange smells or anything that I can detect.Final thoughts:Initial impressions have me satisfied with my purchase. Though I am a little disappointed that the coating does not seem to have any ceramic in it the rest of the build quality seems quite nice. I will update this review once I have used it for a few weeks.PS: For anyone wanting to know if lids fit, it’s 10 1/8″ Included a pic with tape measure.UPDATE: Because as my single commenter points out, first impression reviews are not the be all end all. Here is an update. It has been about 1 year and 8 months since I bought this pan. The coating is not *perfectly* nonstick anymore but it has held up better than any nonstick pan I’ve had before. The biggest issue is one scratch from a roommate who has been appropriately summarily flogged for using a metal utensil in my wonderful nonstick pan. Don’t use metal utensils in any nonstick pan and expect them to last as long. That’s just good reasoning. So downside, things will stick to that spot without a little oil or something in the pan.Eggs will also stick slightly at this point. I think the pan may have also been overheated a time or two by the same roommate because the coating in the center (where the flame is on our gas stove) is just ever so slightly more tan than the rest. Need to hide my good pans…Anyway overall, it’s nearly two years later and this nonstick is pretty darn good still despite some abuse. Which is more than I can say for most of the nonsticks I’ve owned.

I needed new pans and wanted to try a non-stick with a ceramic coating. These are great looking pans. The matte black and the cream color/granite style coat really great, simple, clean look. When it comes to cooking, these pans are fantastic. Heating is even and the ceramic coating is truly nonstick. The accidental test was the day I forgot to melt a pat of butter before adding the scramble eggs. There was no sticking during cooking and no scraping after. Anything left behind from cooking slid right off when I rinsed the pan. I’m very happy with this brand.

For high temperature stir-frying, Ozeri suggest to use high smoke point oils and not to use cooking spray. I use much less oil ~.5tsp for flavor only, but after conditioning the pan, it works well with no oil. The pans clean up with a dry wipe down or dilute detergent and a wet cloth. My 12, 10. and 9 inch pans can be stacked, since Ozeri ships them with protective cushions. I’ve only used my pans ~ a month, but my daughter has used her’s for over a year, and she says they’re good as new.

I had no idea what it was like to have a good frying pan. I have NO WORDS! Except for the following: This is one of my favorite things I’ve ever purchased! I can’t wait to cook with it every night! I prep all my food, and the moment I realize it’s time to get the pan, I glide over to the pantry like a Disney princess and feel actual love every time I see it there, ready for anything. I have used it even when I know I have too much stuff for the size of this pan just because I love using it! First of all, the clean up. What clean up? This pan basically cleans itself! I scrambled eggs on it and by the time I was done eating, the egg remains that are usually encrusted to the bottom –even on other non stick pans!– literally flake right off! Obviously, I still wash with soap, but it is visibly clean without a drop of water! Second of all, way way less oil! I haven’t tried it yet, but I’d wager I could cook anything on here without a drop of oil and it would cook fine without sticking. Everything I use oil with basically just pushes the oil away and slides around beautifully without it. Much healthier! Let’s also not forget about how stunningly beautiful it is!I was looking for a non teflon pan, and if you read the other comments there’s some dispute about this. Seems to me that this is better than a teflon pan, but not quite as safe as say, ceramic. The directions clearly state this pan is not to be used over med-high, where degradation begins and safety is compromised, but it’s fine since supposedly the pan conducts heat better and actually can be used at lower temps than recipes call for. I have tried this in small degrees to test out and haven’t had any problem keeping the temp down a tad. I will continue to lower and see how it does, but being new to cooking, I’m already scared enough to mess up, so straying from recipes scares me a little! I will for sure eventually purchase additional sizes of this pan and replace all my old teflon ones. For now, this has been super diverse and literally surpassed my expectations beyond my wildest imagination!

Great pan. Reason for a 4 star on scratch resistant is because I’ve only used rubber or plastic spatulas so I wouldn’t know. Have put it in the dishwasher several times with no apparent damage.
