I am impressed and completely satisfied with these cooling racks. I use them to cool bread, and for cooling canning jars. They seem to be of good quality and I have not seen any chrome flakes; I recommend.

Better quality than I thought. Very sturdy and big enough to hold all my grub when cooling. Whether is is cookies or hot pans, these work well and are a great value.

Bought a couple of these, to use for smoking and making jerky. I smoked half chickens last weekend, and used these. They work great! When I had to rotate the chickens, I just grabbed these trays and rotated, rather than grabbing the half chicken and trying to rotate the actual meat, on the smoker. Really makes smoking things like half chickens, wonderful, and for me, easy. Yeah, I am a fan of using these racks on the grill and my pellet smoker. Cleaning is typical. It cleans pretty good, compared to my old ones though. So far, they are probably some of the easiest cleaning racks I own. They are also small enough to throw in the dishwasher (after you get them manually clean). For me, these are a tool in my smoking/grilling tool box. I enjoy them. I recommend them.
