I use instant noodles for this pot. It works great as a container too, I just wash it after finishing my noodles. It is easy to clean, and the separate bottom plate is a plus. The handle has great heat resistance and is not hot to hold at all.

Used only plastic utensils and hand washed only, but in less than a year, the coating was coming off into the food when serving with a plastic spoon. Turns out it was the brown rice that was making a black deposit that the spoon scraped off. That never happened with white rice and I didn’t know you have to rinse the brown rice. Figured it out when the stainless steel pot I switched to had the same black smears on the spoon. Should have known something was fishy when the pot looked OK after washing and drying. Glad the pot was still in the recycling not trashed. Using it again and it is fine. Still don’t know why the rice made the pot and pot black.

This pot does a great job with it’s nonstick and everything cooks in it super easily. It’s a nice all in one pan if I want to make boil noodles and then fry them a bit after and/or add an egg after. The nonsticks works great and never have any issues with cleaning it after. Been using this pot for a few months and everything has come off nice and clean!
