   this was my first time using this pan I had just received it today and it seems to work really well I bought it because my daughter likes to make eggs in one of my smaller pans and everything sticks to it and I saw a video on Facebook and they were using a granite coated pan and it looked amazing that nothing stuck to it so I needed one and this one was a great price let’s hope it lasts all my other pans were great upon first and second use as well and then turned crappy and everything sticks to them but so far so good and it’s really cute too

   I cured it as recommended for non stick cookware before the first use, and I routinely spray it with cooking spray (despite all the advice that this is not advisable, pardon the redundance), am mindful to use it always on low heat setting, and it performs beautifully. None of my omelettes (which are more like Spanish tortillas, lol, because of all the stuff I throw into them) have ever stuck on it. By treating it kindly, using only wooden or silicone utensils, washing it by hand (and infrequently, at that, since there is no food residue whatever), I trust it will last me a long time.

   I bought this pot to replace one that was damaged. Very happy with this purchase, would recommend. This pot works better, imo, at a fraction of the cost. Very nice finish and heats up faster. Not to name names, but the other product manufacturer rhymes with Scampered Jeff and had a supposed lifetime guarantee. I bought this replacement pot (same size), had it delivered, and was using it in less time with no hassle and at less expense than the cost to ship back the way overpriced item with the so-called lifetime guarantee. For the price, I’d have never purchased those other products but too late now . . . .

   I highly recomnend buying this pan! So easy to use in my RV. It is sturdy, easy to cool with and clean with just a towel! I have purchsed both 8″ & 10″ pans both in Red. Love them so far.Update… I love these pan. I have been using them daily. Cooked food perfectly. One promblem…the handle on the smaller pan felt loose. I can’t find screwdriver small enough to tighten the handle. Hopefully it will not fall off.

    works very well with my induction countertop cooker. I really like the handles on the lid and pot. The vented lid also works on the matching 8″ pan. cooks evenly. very happy
