I bought this two years ago and love it so much that I’m buying another one now because I am using it so often that I need to use two at the same time. I’m tired of Baking something and then having to fill it again. Highly recommend this product. I can’t say anything for leaking issues because I just bake in it but I’ve never had an issue with leaking with any of my baking. Hope that’s helpful to people

I never made a dessert before. Didn’t have a clue what a springform pan was. I put some foil under it because I was nervous. No leak on the foil. So I picked it up in the air for a really good test. No leak also. The only problem I had. I’m 75 with tremors. The lock was a little difficult for me, but after a couple tries, I got it on. Now that I think about it, this would probably happen with any brand. I’m just weak. This is a decent price for the quality of the item. Now I’m a baking fool. I made a somewhat ok for my first try cheesecake, my fault, not the pan. The a few days later I tackled a carrot cake. A little better, I’m learning. Next up is a maple cake, I love maple. I’ve done 2 or 3 reviews, this might be my 4th, I just thought it deserved it. If I can stop talking so much, I might do more reviews.

Made a great cheesecake in my instant pot. Came out great! I comes with circular parchment paper which made bottom crust easy to remove. It does not have a “lifter” but I had a trio of pot in pot pans that had a lifter. You could use a foil sling.
