It cooks great. Just follow the cleaning instructions and you’ll be fine. We didn’t and had to buy a second one. But if you follow the cleaning instructions, it should last for years.

This roasting pan is large and deep. Easily handled 6# eye of round. Separate handles are located on pan AND on the rack for convenience. If you are looking for a deep roaster this one is great.
