I use this primarily to help elevate pork belly slab from the liquid that drains off into a big pyrex dish while I am making bacon – dry cure. Works great as a quick little cooling rack for other things too! Can put into a dishwashing for cleaning.

These are great for cooking bacon in the oven. They wash well in the dishwasher too. Great for broiling meats, etc. where the fat can drip below onto the pan.

Useful product. Versatile as roasting rack for 9×12 pans. Good for use as a cooling rack or serving trivet as well.By nature, attention to detail important for cleaning these kinds of products. Scrub pads or brushes work great.Really like these.

We love these cookie racks; they are sturdy, easy to clean, easy to store away and the cookies stay on the rack instead of sliding through on to the counter. Additionally, the fact that they are stainless makes them worry free; we looked everywhere and could not find stainless anywhere here in town.
