   Lovely frying pan! Just as described and I am looking forward to using it very soon!Great looking! Nice weight, quality product for sure! I plan to use it daily to fry eggs, prepare small portions of food, steam veggies, whatever! Just put my other pans in a box to give away!

   I use this pan almost every day and after almost 2 years it’s finally showing some coating damage. Even with that, the non-stick functionality is still working. The machined flat on the bottom is 9.5″, and our largest burner is only 8″, so keeping is centered is a bit tricky. That does allow you to move some ingredients of a stir fry to the cooler edges to avoid overcooking items that are ready before everything else is done.

   All aspects of cooking with the pan are great. Unfortunately, the construction of my pan was less than stellar as the handle fell off causing me to give it a 2 Star review, which I’m now updating, as the Customer Service is Fantastic! I called about the handle issue and a friendly woman gave me the correct number to call. Another friendly woman asked me to email them a picture of the pan sans handle and my Amazon purchase order number, which I did. Within a couple of hours, I received an email indicating my return had been handled and a new pan would be shipped. Within an hour after that, I received a second email indicating my pan had been shipped and I’d receive it within 1 to 2 weeks. The new pan arrived on time and the process couldn’t have been any easier. Truly great customer service!

   While I have some cast iron and stainless steel pans that have lasted for decades, I don’t expect the same service from a non-stick coated pan. This one is replacing one that has served me well for four years and I expect the new one to do as least as well. I have not really pampered the old one- it has seen its share of metal tools and general misuse. Maybe I’ll be nicer to this one and it will last even longer. I chose this model over the steel-handled “pro” version which costs $10 more and can go in a dishwasher and a minimally hotter oven. I love the silicone handle and, with a pan this slick, hand-washing takes about 30 seconds.

   Have had this pan since June. Use it regularly. Great cooking, super easy to clean. Surface is good, but get some good silicone spatulas, etc. to protect your investment! You won’t be disappointed! I cook tofu, veggies, gluten based “meat”, impossible burgers and nothing sticks.

   It’s not too heavy, handle is not too long or bulky. Nonstick won’t last forever but has held up well so far. Have had no issues with warping or doming. Glass cover works as intended. Love the pan.

   We’ve used the 12″ version of the pan heavily for 2 years now. We cook on it almost every day, usually multiple times a day. I estimate that we’ve made well over 1000 meals with it, probably closer to 2000.It’s the perfect pan from a performance perspective. Very nonstick. The sides are angled out and not too tall, just right for tossing food or flipping something in the air if you want to get sketchy. The handle is still very sturdy and the bottom is still perfectly flat. It’s just the right thickness to not be too heavy, but it distributes heat very evenly and it feels premium. We never used it in the oven so no comment there.The longevity was a little dissapointing. At 1.5 years I started noticing the first tiny bubble of delamination. At 2 years it’s now obvious that it needs to be replaced. We almost always hand washed it becuase it was so easy and never used metal utinsils on the pan. It may have gotten too hot once or twice but there was no immediate signs of damage from that.Longevity considered I would still probably give the pan 4 stars. But the customer service bumps it up to a 5. Within one day of emailing back and forth with the warrenty department I have a new one on the way.With how much we use the pan, if we can get another 2 years out of our purchase price, that’s more than fair. I was initially hoping for at least 3 years. I’m very happy with my experience though, so I’ll defineitely be looking for more OXO kitchenware in the future.

    These pans feel very durable and are easy to clean. However time will tell if the non stick feature keeps working. I’ve tried several non stick pans and they don’t last long. We will see.
