Despite being non stick I still used a little spray for better release. I love these and have successfully made donuts often.
Desiree –
Just what I needed to make my baked apple cider doughnuts. Great non stick pans.

Have never made baked donuts before but with calorie concerns needed too. And I knew Wilton makes good quality products. Saw a recipe for them from Preppy Kitchen so had to try them. They fell out of the pan and the pans clean up so nicely. Good quality pans.

Amazon Customer –
I made the best chocolate donuts with these pans. Easy to fill with the help of pastry bag. They come right out after baking. I did lightly spray them with cooking spray. Ordered the set of 2 for one price. They make 12 delicious baked donuts. Really enjoy these.

I have used these pans so many times. I take muffin recipes and make them in them.

For some reason, I’ve really gotten into baking different things over the past year or so, but I’m not Gordon Ramsay or anything. I need (and prefer) user-friendly products and accessories that let me feel like a pro and make nice things without being too expensive or hard to use.I got these specifically to start making doughnuts at my husband’s request, and they’re wonderful. They have a nice weight to them and are extremely to clean. And making doughnuts in them is pretty much exactly like making muffins or cupcakes in a muffin tin — easy and no-nonsense.You can use any muffin, cake, or quickbread mix you like, so long as you adjust the cooking times accordingly. (In my experience so far, popular box mixes seem to portion out perfectly to a full dozen doughnuts, so that’s convenient.) And the finished doughnuts pop right out of there, too — no mess or sticking. The doughnuts in my attached photo were created using a pumpkin spice muffin mix and decorated with cinnamon sugar. And this is a healthier way to make doughnuts, as well, since they’re baked instead of deep-fried. Highly recommended!

Trying to eat my favorites but healthier and who knew donuts can be great from the oven. I have found great recipes online for baked donuts and feel better not having the deep fried donuts – less messy too.
