   Was expecting, much like all my other amazon pan purchases, that this would just have all the same problems.I live in an apartment, and its older, smoke detectors are finicky and go off over everything. other pans burn things super quick even at medium temp, lots of smoke, grease, everything going in the s***ter fast. figured best case this pan has a good lid and venting and my stove fan, maybe i can get by, it did all this, and more. noticeably less smoke and grease when frying burgers, and probably the easiest pan i’ve cleaned in a long time. actually made me turn around and go write a review.looks great, too, doesn’t feel cheap or undeserving of the price tag.

   Finally! A non-stick skillet that is actually non-stick! I have purchased five non-stick (induction) skillets/pans over the past year and every one of them have a scorch/burn area in the center of the pan. EVERYTHING I cook in them stick but this one is awesome. I gave it four stars on the “versatility” element as I would have liked to make something in it, then toss it in the oven for cooking but I do not think the handle would survive the oven. Clean up was easy-peasy. For the price, this is a good buy.UPDATE: After using this a few more times, I still love it BUT if I could change anything, I would put a pour spout on both sides.

   I just began using this pan and I am impressed by how non stick it is. I’ll write more as time goes on. Longevity is very important with these pans and I do not have much cooking time with it yet.

   This has great heat distribution (I have a gas stove) which is what I was needing very badly! Its also very light weight. I have another skillet this size that I was just not happy with because it heated on one side and weighed too much. This is performing the way that I wanted!! Worth every penny!

   I absolutely love this pan, it’s the perfect size for me and doesn’t weight too much, but it is heavy enough distribute the heat evenly. And with no rivets on the inside it is so easy to clean. The bonus of a pretty nice screwdriver to attach the beautiful wood grain handle was an added bonus. I pretty much use it every day and am very happy with it.

   This skillet is by far the best one I’ve EVER used! Nothing sticks to it, the high walls make it really easy to add liquid ingredients without it splattering out, and the pour spout is extremely helpful. This is me and my boyfriend’s new go-to pan for everything! We’ve put it in the dishwasher but it’s also very easy to wash by hand, which is typically what we do since we use it almost every night. I also like the weight of it – it’s not too heavy for me to lift and pour with one hand. Highly recommend this skillet!

    I’ve been using this pan for a few months now and it’s very durable. Also it has nice depth so you can boil vegetables and noodles as well almost like a pot. However, it’s very heavy, but that’s the price of strength I suppose, so I gave 4 stars for Versatility. Overall very good, and I will most likely continue using this pan for years to come.
