Over a month and still LOVE it!!
I live in a rural area and we have a well, so our water is extremely hard and has rust and lime in it. I hesitated to write a review early as most shower heads last a week or so and then starts getting a build up and squirting all different directions until I use vinegar or a chemical cleaner to fix it. This shower head is phenomenal!! We are over a month in and it is just as good as it was on day 1! I highly recommend and will definitely buy another one for my other shower!

Glorious simplicity
So, I live in an apartment and the original shower head was terrible. Like, barely a trickle of water. I got sick of that and ordered this showerhead, and it is wonderful. In fact, I may have to reinstall the water restriction valve, because it gets so much better flow that it nearly ripped the shower curtain off. Apparently, we don’t have low water pressure, we just had a terrible showerhead before.Installation was super easy, didn’t require anything not included in the box, and just worked the first time. Install took me all of five minutes and four of those were getting the old head off and cleaning off the pipe.I suppose if you had a truly immense shower or some kind of nonstandard shower arm range of motion might be an issue, but I don’t really see how. It points in all the directions I can see wanting to point your shower from a standard arm. Sure, it only has the one setting, rain shower, but I’ve never found myself using other settings much anyway.It’s easy to install, provides an excellent shower, and comes with flow restrictor valves so you can tailor the flow to your preferences and/or local laws.

Great upgrade of a shower head; even better customer service
Before updated review;Very easy to install, and the range is fantastic. But why 3 stars? Well, I hate giving bad reviews, I almost never bother giving reviews and just hope my experience was exceptional or just enough to not warrant any negative feedback. That being said, this shower head is fantastic. I think I just got unlucky with mine as the swivel started leaking water within 2 weeks of me installing it. I would love to give it 5 stars, but I can’t. It was working beautifully until the swivel started leaking.Post review; after talking to the support with very quick responses, they walked me thru what my issue was and helped me fix it was an easy to follow instructions. Definitely buying again for my other bathroom, great quality and amazing customer service. Hard to find nowadays. Amazing experience.

Like a tropical rain deluge in our shower!
This shower head is beautiful and creates a tropical rain deluge in our shower each morning! We used the intermediate flow rate attachment suggested for our state (PA) and the water pressure is quite intense and relaxing. Our son proclaimed that it’s like the shower in a fancy hotel. When the shower is turned off a large number of fat water droplets fall from the shower head as it empties. I must sound like a nut saying this but I eagerly catch these in my hands and splash my face with them which adds to the luxurious experience! What a great product!!!

Excellent so far…full coverage
I was never one to stay in the shower very long but I do now cause this showerhead is so nice. The spray reaches from the nape of my neck to my lower back and below…very soothing. It’s not forceful, but I think that is the tradeoff for a wider spray pattern. I really like it. Might get more for other bathrooms.

Flow Restrictors
This shower head comes with 3 different flow restrictors – 1.8 gpm, 2.5 gpm and a plain o-ring with a filter screen in the middle. The latter is pretty much unrestricted flow which allows very nice pressure from all jets in the head. This is the one I used. For a gentler flow, try one of the other restrictors.

Feels great, excellent pressure
Bought this to replace the “stock” shower head in my house which had lost pressure over time even though I attempted to clean it. I should have done this years ago, this shower head feels great and the pressure is fantastic. It comes with other flow restrictors but the stock one was fine for me – I was tempted to take it out but I figured I’d install it with the one they put in there just to see, and it was fine as-is.It’s not metal, it’s plastic made to look like metal, but it doesn’t leak at all and the installation was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend.

I am not handy and this was the easiest thing I’ve ever installed
I know absolutely nothing about being handy, and the instructions on this shower head were idiot proof. I was amazed. My husband was not home (and he has zero experience installing these things anyway) and I figured this out in less than five minutes. It didn’t even leak when I turned it on. I didn’t even have to pull up YouTube. Fantastic. 10/10 would buy more if I had more shower heads to replace.

BEST SHOWER EVAH!!!
Just finished showering with my new shower head. Not even dressed yet, and couldn’t wait to post review (which I normally hate doing). Don’t hesitate to buy this! Easy to install! Took out the water saver filter, put in regular filter, put tape on the shower fixture, screwed in the shower head, and voila!!! Am beyond thrilled with this shower head. BTW, I’m a 75 year old woman. BUY THIS SHOWER HEAD!!

Excellent at a great price
For the price paid I think it’s an excellent shower head. Seems to be very sturdy and good quality. Pressure is best with the 2.5 gpm option but you may use the other less strong options as well. We ordered a second one for the second bathroom!
