(Okay, another update: I like trying different things with these, since I also like not having to scrape and clean pans. We went out to a steak house and I ordered the large onion rings. They suggested a 1/4 serving size since they give you so many. I wasn’t about to pass up a full order for $4 more. But my wife said they taste terrible when reheated. I got them anyway. So today I went to reheat the onion rings. But I had a plan. First I popped them in the microwave to get them warm. Then I fired up our Toshiba toaster oven to 420 degrees. The smallest of these mats fit the toaster oven tray, so I put the onion rings in on top of the mat and left them in for five minutes. They got a nice crisp outside and weren’t soft and rubbery the way my wife said they would be, and they tasted better than when we were served in the restaurant.Mat was a quick cleanup with a soapy sponge and hot water and absolutely no mess inside of the toaster oven. I really like these mats.)(Another update: Some peanut butter cookies fresh out of the oven – look a tiny bit overcooked, but I like a little crunch. The mats have been used a good two dozen times thus far and not a thing has stuck, even slightly. Although these cookies are best left to fully cool before moving. They have lots of moisture in them, and while they don’t stick in the normal sense, that moisture can cause some adhesion that disappears when they cool.)(Update: Just had buttermilk biscuits last night and I can’t get over how things simply do not stick to these. I told my wife I think this is the end of spatulas for people like me. It is kind of fun just taking everything off with my fingers. Between her silicone pie mat and these I think she has a lot of her Christmas presents already wrapped up.)My wife swears by her parchment paper, and you would think I had committed blasphemy when I told her I had purchased three sets of these. I was pretty nervous wondering what would happen. Thus far we have used them for cookies, scones, and sweet potato fries in the oven. Not even the slightest hint of something sticking. I can lift things off with my bare hands – immediately if I want to get burned. They work perfectly, and her parchment paper has not left the pantry shelf since these arrived. And they are really easy to wash off. Light soap and hot water and they don’t hold any water, so if you feel like imitating a dog you can shake the water off.Have to admit I didn’t think they would make it in a 425 degree oven, but they still look new. And now she wants to give them for Christmas gifts. Guess I got lucky this time.

This poroduct has absolutely changed my baking! When they say nothing sticks…literally, nothing sticks. Its insane. I made the best batch of cranberry oatmeal cookies ever. I’m used to the bottoms being lost to adhesion, but nope! Not on these. They slid off so well, no one even knew I lowkey panicked because I forgot about them in the oven for 10 mins. too long.

Happy customer! Purchased for my husbands birthday and got to use it today! Did really well with heat and he loved them. They were a little sticky when we unwrapped them, but after a good hand wash they were ready to use! When the time comes for new ones, I’ll definitely order them again, but they look like they will last a long time!

I bought these to reduce waste and use of cooking sprays. They work perfect for non stick and I place them right in the dishwasher. Only issue it one of the mats has a little round black spot that I think is a burn mark since it doesn’t come off when I scrub it. Food easily slides off. I would buy again.

WHY have I never bought these before??? WHYYY??? These immediately became one of the best purchases of my life. Throw away foil and/or cooking spray. Treat yourselves to these and save a fortune by ridding yourself of multiple future purchases of spray and foil. Clean up in seconds!! Not kidding. If my OCD loves these they are winners. Recently purchased some USA pans (do it! You’ll congratulate yourself for the rest of your life) and these to go in them. I’VE BEEN WASTING AN ENTIRE LIFE MAKING MY LIFE HARDER. No more. Note: do not trim these. Find your needed size as they do have microfilaments of fibers inside that could get into your food if you cut them.

I placed this silicone mat on a cookie sheet, seasoned chicken wings and placed them on the mat. I did not pre grease or use any cooking oil. Popped those suckered in the oven and baked until chicken was cooked to the bone, turning once about halfway through.Turning the wings was effortless. They slid across the mat like bars of soap, no part of the chicken, skin or seasonings sticking to the mat. When the food was done, I didn’t have to scrape chicken off of the cookie sheet. Clean up was a breeze. My grandma is an avid baker who reuses parchment paper until they can no longer hold cookies, rolls, biscuits etc. Shenwas hesitant at first when trying out this sheet on her cookie trays. After the first batch of cookies came out, she said they are just the bees knees. The mat distributed heat and evenly brownes the bottom of the cooking. Nothing stuck and the cookies easily slid off the tray to be cooled and eaten.I would buy one of these for every family member who uses the oven to cook anything from veggies, meat, pastries etc. 5 stars, definitely recommend.

This is really non stick. I made some chocolate chip cookies and they just slid off the mat. This is exactly what I was looking for. Cleaning was super easy since nothing stuck to the mat. Would definitely recommend

I needed an oven liner for my new Ninja DT200. I trimmed one to fit and it seems to be working. I gave my old oven to my son and the other liner for him to use in it.

I’m an avid home cook, and this is my first try at using a Silpat baking mat. I have had no issues so far, even up to 450F and roasting with maple syrup. Super easy clean up and works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Though I am a chef I don’t do too much baking unless its for a special event. I’ve always wanted one of these mats before after using them in culinary school and these were perfect! They fit in my sheet-trays perfectly and they stick well in the smaller trays. Seems pretty thick yet flexible. Will mostly likely get more when I wear these out!
