The cast stainless steel handle is riveted for added support and features a versatile removable, silicone, soft-grip. This cookware is NSF certified, compatible with gas, electric and ceramic glass cooktops, can be used in the oven up to 400 F / 204 C. The pan arrived professionally packaged unlike another famous name brand of pan that I had to return twice as it was just covered in plastic and the top rim of the pan was scratched and chipped.I love the rubber handle which protects you from any heat and gives you a firm grip. I just made my first omelet with the pan and it cooked perfectly because of it’s even heat distribution and the omelet slid off of the pan onto my plate.One tip, make sure to follow the instructions and wash, then season the pan with cooking oil and wash it again before using the first time. Also never use aerosol sprays as they ruin the finish of the pan!!!Tramontina is a great bang for your buck if you are shopping for pots and pans and I highly recommend it!

The king is as slippery as it can get. Nothing sticks to it and any glaze wipes right off.We use it almost daily and after a couple years of careful use t is about time to replace. But it is so cheap replacement is hardly a thought.

We have been using this frying pan regularly for about 9 months and we like it a lot. It is a good size and the non-stick surface is very easy to clean and durable. We did manage to stain the surface as the pan a bit, but it is working fine.
